Forged Stainless Steel Kitchen Scissor

This scissors are made with one piece construction for durability, with the blades, tangs and handles cast in one piece.  It has total length of 8” and with 3” blade. Symmetrical handle for right and left hand cutting. Extra large handle size allow a comfortable use for large hand Westerner. The inner of finger circle had been finely polished to a very smooth curve shape. It won’t make you hand hurt when there is no padding material around the handle. This is costy step in manufacturing. It request a long time and skillful work to achieve this. We don’t want to sacrifice comfortable grip to have one piece construction for strength and durability. The use of 3Cr13 stainless steel, balance the need of long lasting sharp cutting edge and rust resistance. And the micro-serrated on one blade allow for better gripping of slippery material. This is more of a household scissors than a kitchen shears, as its two blade can not come apart for thoroughly cleaning. This scissor is more focus on cutting performance than other aspect. The adjustable pivot joint for different cutting purpose and use preference.
